Individuals enrolled in the Individual Supported Employment (ISE) program receive assistance with job preparation, job development, job placement, and follow along services. Once employment is obtained, Employment Consultants and Job Coach Specialists support the client and employer to ensure that training needs, productivity, and performance standards are met in the workplace. This includes working side by side with clients to help them learn their job requirements. Employment Consultants also work with employers and clients to address career progression and any follow up training needs.
